Job Summary
Acquire, build, and maintain strong relationships with IFA, MFD, and RIA channel partners while demonstrating expertise in wealth management products including debentures, AIFs, PMS, and corporate bonds. Educate clients on product features, benefits, and risks; identify new business opportunities through networking and referrals; and drive growth by cross-selling services to existing clients. Conduct thorough due diligence on investment products and providers to mitigate risks, maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions per compliance standards, and assist in organizing seminars and workshops. Achieve revenue targets and contribute to overall wealth management business growth. This Associate Vice President role serves as the primary client contact at Yubi, India's fastest-growing fintech unicorn, facilitating debt volumes over INR 40,000 crore through our global two-sided marketplace.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate or Master's Degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
- Prior experience working in a Private Bank/Wealth Management set up
- Proven track record of building and managing relationships with Channel Partners (IFA/ MFD/RIA) minimum of 3 years
- Strong understanding of wealth management products, Debentures, AIFs and PMS
- Strong communication sales skills
- Track record of achieving targets and achieving incentives
- Excellent communication skills

Desired Qualifications
