Associate Vice President, Strategy & Planning

Associate Vice President of Strategy and Planning responsible for developing long range goals regarding service opportunities in the Greater Central Illinois service area, building strategic relationships with internal and external physician groups, local hospitals, and community organizations, and partnering with internal departments to formalize a business development strategy including contract terms, onboarding and oversight of outsourced and contracted staff. Oversees budgeting and cost considerations, supports physician and group affiliations, ensures adherence to policies, and travels as needed to support regional operations and expansion of Springfield Clinic services.
