Job Summary

Associate VP, PMO to lead project delivery excellence across a fully remote marketing agency, directing the PMO team, governing portfolio health, and personally managing key accounts. The role is hands-on and strategic, requiring leadership of project managers, governance of budgets and timelines, development of KPIs and executive reporting, and collaboration with practice leads and account leadership to align client portfolios. Responsibilities include coaching a team, standardizing PM systems and workflows, supporting new-business pitches, and navigating a matrixed, cross-functional environment to ensure delivery excellence.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of project management experience on marketing-related work
  • proven track record building and governing PM processes and reporting
  • hands-on fluency in project planning, budgeting, resourcing, and forecasting
  • experience leading and developing a team of project managers
  • data fluency with portfolio and financial metrics
  • client-facing experience and supporting new-business pitches
  • proficiency with Wrike or a comparable platform (Asana, Smartsheet, Monday.com)
