Job Summary
Coordinate the execution of the IIRI program in Indonesia, including landscape studies, pipeline development, and localized training delivery. Manage program activities, stakeholder meetings, and logistics while tracking progress and collecting data for impact measurement. Support fundraising efforts by researching market trends, preparing concept notes and proposals, and expanding the network for impact enterprises. Assist with operational tasks such as budgeting, documentation, and event planning, alongside ad hoc projects for regional initiatives. This role requires 8–12 years of experience in program management and sustainability, with Bahasa Indonesia proficiency. You will collaborate closely with the Indonesia Program Director to drive research, content development, and business growth within the impact investing sector.
Required Qualifications
- 8–12 years (AVP) of relevant experience in program management, sustainability, ESG, research, and business development
- Proven expertise in regulatory compliance, ESG frameworks, and sustainability practices in Indonesia
- Demonstrated experience in fundraising, partnership building, and donor engagement
- Strong program management track record: planning, budgeting, execution, monitoring, and evaluation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Bahasa Indonesia proficiency
