Job Summary
Build the product strategy and roadmap aligned with customer problems and company vision. Lead cross-functional teams by translating strategy into detailed requirements, prototypes, and development goals. Identify market opportunities through research and competitive analysis to enhance user satisfaction. Analyze complex use cases using analytics platforms to simplify user experience and design intuitive interfaces via wireframes and mock-ups. Listen to clients continuously as a trusted advisor to align offerings with expectations while developing and launching new products. Communicate product solutions effectively internally and externally. Master's degree required with 10-13 years of experience managing enterprise SaaS products, preferably in logistics or supply chain.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, Statistics or related field
- 10-13 years of experience managing web and mobile products with a background in technical product management or engineering
- 6+ years of experience in building global enterprise SaaS products
- Proven ability to drive large scale products with deep understanding of agile, high collaboration and leadership in a highly accelerated work environment
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills with a fair understanding of what makes a good user experience and beautiful design
- Spontaneous, quick thinker and a self-starter with key organizational skills that includes attention to detail and multi-tasking
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in logistics, supply chain, e-commerce or transportation domain is a plus
