Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day operations of the statewide contract in the Missouri region, working with the Vice President of Operations, Missouri DOC, and facility administrations to ensure the healthcare program meets contract goals and adheres to quality standards. Lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary team, manage contract administration and project management duties, and ensure compliance with contractual requirements. Requires strong written and oral communication, leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills; CPR/BLS certification and the ability to obtain a security clearance are required. Bachelor's degree is required (master’s degree preferred), with 5+ years of relevant experience for degree-holders or 2+ years for graduate degree-holders. Location: Jefferson City, MO; full-time role in the Missouri Regional Office.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospital Administration, Health Care Administration, Health and Human Services, Business Administration, Public Administration, Nursing or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience (Bachelor’s degree holder) or 2 years of experience (Graduate degree holder) in high level contract administration and project management
- At least 2 years of leadership experience overseeing/coordinating the work of a multidisciplinary team
- Must be able to communicate effectively in writing and orally with staff and institutional administration
- Sound decision-making skills and organizational experience in operations and planning
- Computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Corrections experience preferred
- Must be appropriately and actively certified in CPR/BLS
- Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
