Associate Vice President

Associate Vice President responsible for ensuring high-quality systems development by developing, implementing and executing Quality Assurance processes and procedures; ensure adherence to standards, procedures and methodologies; coordinate routine QA reviews of changes to IT facilities, applications and system software environments; develop and enforce technical standards including JCL, production control conventions; establish and maintain an effective QA function; participate in development of testing methods and standards and ensure appropriate testing takes place; requires strong development methodology, documentation skills, and leadership abilities; role is based in NAB India with hybrid working arrangements and opportunities for growth within a diverse and inclusive organization.
