Job Summary
Lead Finance Strategy, Portfolio, Investment, and Value Realization Management by developing the Future Finance target state, driving strategic assessments, and managing end-to-end portfolio lifecycles. Prioritize investments, sequence projects, allocate resources, and optimize capacity while serving as the primary advisor to Finance executives on funding decisions and delivery risks. Establish enterprise-wide governance frameworks, KPIs, and performance measurement tools to ensure consistent execution and measurable business value aligned with strategic objectives. Conduct portfolio-wide benefits assessments, hold sponsors accountable for realization plans, and facilitate executive governance forums to drive trade-offs and value optimization. Oversee project quality, executive reporting, and stabilization plans to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and sustained benefits achievement.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree
- 10+ years of relevant experience in program delivery or transformation leadership
- Demonstrated leadership of enterprise-scale portfolios and transformation initiatives
- Strong understanding of financial services regulatory environment and Finance disciplines
- Executive-level experience in program delivery, portfolio management, or transformation within a large financial institution
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-enterprise programs under regulatory and operational pressure
- Strong knowledge of Finance frameworks, governance, and regulatory expectations
- Experience in financial management, budgeting, and portfolio governance
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate in a matrixed environment
