Job Summary
Senior leadership role within UCF Advancement & Partnerships overseeing development teams and fundraising strategy for major gifts and principal gifts. Lead and mentor senior fundraisers (Assistant Vice President, Executive Director of Development, Director of Development), guide portfolio development, donor engagement plans, and cross-unit collaboration to meet campaign and fundraising targets. Collaborate with deans, faculty, and university leadership to align donor priorities with institutional needs; support campaign targets, recruitment and development of development professionals, and leveraging data analytics and donor management systems to inform strategy and performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- 12+ years of relevant fundraising experience
- 5+ years of leadership experience or equivalent combination of education and experience per Florida Stat. 112.219(6)
