Job Summary
Provide strategic oversight of the UAM Foundation and support fundraising, alumni affairs, development, and institutional advancement efforts. Supervise advancement staff to strengthen philanthropic initiatives, enhance donor and alumni relationships, and coordinate Chancellor-assigned special projects. Lead planning and implementation of events that improve donor engagement and institutional visibility while identifying external funding opportunities for campus grant development. Foster cross-campus partnerships to advance strategic goals through collaborative leadership and effective execution.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree required from an accredited institution
- Proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment
