Immigration Associate role focused on assisting with the immigration requirements of clients' employees. Responsibilities include end-to-end visa applications and work permits, preparing and reviewing immigration forms and supporting documentation, interpreting immigration rules to ensure compliance, advising clients on processes and timelines, maintaining organized case files, and coordinating with government authorities, consulates, embassies, and internal teams. Maintain commercial awareness by recording time and supporting billing, train junior team members on case management and immigration forms, stay up to date with relevant laws and policies, and assist with implementation of relevant technology/platforms. The position is based in Bangkok, Thailand and is Hybrid. Strong collaboration with clients, legal teams, government entities, and stakeholders is essential, as is delivering outstanding client service and managing immigration processes efficiently.
