Associate Test Analyst role at Voya India supporting customers in an entry-level position. Responsible for receipt, validation, and transmission of EDI files to trading partners, ensuring timely data delivery and accuracy within client SLAs. Works across multiple departments, handles multiple tasks, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is a self-starter with strong attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PPT) and ability to learn proprietary technology quickly. Prior Salesforce experience a plus. 50-75% time on File Processing, 25-50% on Analysis/Research. Responsibilities include supporting integration projects (EDI, Import, API, SSO, Payroll), data extraction and validation, triage and root-cause analysis, coordinating fixes across departments, testing new product releases, training new team members, managing priorities against project schedules, and escalating issues as needed. Location: Pune, India. Mode of Work: Hybrid.
