Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years’ experience in data analysis, account management, or technical data customer support-related roles
- Proven track record of using data analysis through audits to ensure data quality and deliver accurate results
- Related industry knowledge and experience required: Health Insurance, Benefits Administration, SaaS, Healthcare
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, HTML, basic SQL, Microsoft Access, or report creation experience desired
