Job Summary
Associate Customer Data Specialist leverages technical skills to resolve data issues, perform root-cause analysis, and collaborate with multiple internal departments and customers. Key duties include triage, corrections to data issues from exceptions reports, coordinating fixes across internal Benefit focus teams, resolving customer and internal escalations promptly, prioritizing daily tasks to ensure timely corrections, and escalating issues as needed. Strong emphasis on US Health & Benefits domain, Carrier/Vendor & EDI experience, US Benefits Administration, and proficiency in MS Excel or report creation. Occasional weekend and overtime support is expected. Location: Bangalore; Mode of Work: Hybrid.
