Job Summary
Deliver comprehensive medical, surgical, and preventive care including routine soft tissue surgeries, dentistry procedures, and evidence-based diagnostics. Develop tailored treatment plans for patients while educating clients through clear, compassionate communication. Collaborate with support staff and fellow clinicians to establish medical protocols, influence hospital workflows, and shape the client experience from day one. Build long-term relationships with Nashville pet families and contribute to a culture focused on learning, accountability, and continuous improvement. Work four clinical days per week with a rotating schedule that includes only one Saturday every four weeks.
