Job Summary

Deliver comprehensive medical, surgical, and preventive care while performing routine soft tissue surgeries, dentistry procedures, and developing tailored treatment plans. Practice evidence-based medicine with strong diagnostic support and educate clients through clear, compassionate communication. Collaborate with a skilled support team and fellow clinicians to build lasting relationships with Phoenix pet families. Help establish medical protocols, influence workflows, and shape the client experience as a founding veterinarian helping to build the neighborhood animal health team. Work four clinical days per week with a predictable rotating schedule.
