Job Summary
Associate Veterinarian – Primary Care at Friendship Hospital for Animals in the Washington, DC area. Provide high-quality primary care to animal patients, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Mentor and work with small animal rotating interns; communicate effectively with pet owners about treatment options, procedures, and expected outcomes. Participate in clinical research and contribute to the advancement of veterinary primary care.
Required Qualifications
- DVM or equivalent degree
- Experience in veterinary primary care
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
