Associate Veterinarian role focusing on in-home mobile hospice and euthanasia care for pets in Salt Lake City and surrounding areas. The veterinarian will practice in clients' homes, offering compassionate hospice services, end-of-life care, and animal care with a flexible schedule (2–5 days per week) and about 3–4 un-rushed appointments per day. The position emphasizes independent practice with strong mentorship, onboarding support, and access to experienced leaders, enabling a balanced life while delivering meaningful, client-centered veterinary care. Opportunities include a guaranteed base salary of $55,000 annually for part-time arrangements with potential bonuses and benefits; locations include Salt Lake City and Provo, UT. Required Qualifications
- DVM or VMD from an accredited veterinary college
- active veterinary license in Utah or ability to obtain
- experience in veterinary hospice or end-of-life care preferred
- excellent communication and compassionate patient care
- ability to work independently and manage at-home visits
- ability to perform euthanasia and provide client and patient support during sensitive moments
