Associate Veterinarian position in-home/mobile hospice veterinary care in Fredericksburg, VA and surrounding areas. Flexible 2–5 day-per-week schedule with an emphasis on work-life balance, providing hospice and euthanasia care with compassionate families, and practicing independently within Lap of Love’s supportive network. Includes mentorship, onboarding, and access to seasoned leaders; average 3–4 un-rushed appointments per day; guaranteed base salary of $55,000 annually plus bonus opportunities and benefits for part-time opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent
- Active veterinary license in Virginia
- Ability to provide in-home/mobile veterinary services
- Experience or interest in veterinary hospice and euthanasia care
- Comfort working independently within a mobile practice setting
