Job Summary
Associate Veterinarian — in-home/mobile veterinary hospice and euthanasia care in the Salt Lake City, UT area and surrounding regions. Provide compassionate hospice and euthanasia services for pets and families, practicing medicine with purpose in a mobile setting. Flexible 2–5 day-per-week schedules with an average of 3–4 un-rushed appointments per day, enabling meaningful family-pet moments. Enjoy ongoing onboarding, mentorship, and access to a support network while practicing independently within Lap of Love’s culture. Locations include Salt Lake City, UT and Ogden, UT.
Required Qualifications
- DVM or equivalent veterinary degree
- valid veterinary license in Utah or eligibility to practice in Utah
- ability to perform hospice and euthanasia care
- comfortable with in-home/mobile veterinary practice
- excellent communication and empathy skills
- ability to work independently with mentorship available
- flexible scheduling (2-5 days per week)
