Job Summary
Provide high-quality medical, surgical, and preventive care for dogs and cats. Perform exams, diagnostics, dentistry, soft-tissue surgery, and anesthesia management. Develop treatment plans and maintain detailed medical records. Educate clients, support wellness and vaccination programs, and collaborate with a small, supportive team in a close-knit clinic focused on pets’ well-being.
Required Qualifications
- DVM/VMD from an accredited program
- Current veterinary license in Alabama
- Ability to perform medical and surgical procedures including dentistry and soft-tissue surgery
- Experience or ability to manage anesthesia
- Capability to develop treatment plans and maintain detailed medical records
- Strong client communication and education skills
- Team collaboration and compassionate patient care
