Job Summary
Provide emergency and critical care for a variety of cases by performing examinations, diagnostics, and appropriate treatments. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs while utilizing available diagnostic and medical equipment. Communicate diagnoses, treatment options, and recommendations with clients and collaborate with veterinarians, technicians, and support staff. Participate in case discussions, training, and continuing education to contribute to clinical protocols and best practices. Maintain high standards of patient care and client service within a supportive, collaborative environment.
Required Qualifications
- DVM/VMD or equivalent degree from an accredited veterinary program
- Active or eligible veterinary license
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Commitment to continued learning and professional development
- Compassionate approach to patient and client care
