Associate Veterinarian

Job Summary
Nurture and maintain client relationships; diagnose, treat, and manage a variety of small animal cases; educate clients and staff on treatment options and recommendations; guide and utilize the educated support staff; work within a collaborative, high-quality medical environment with in-house capabilities (dental X-rays, in-house bloodwork, etc.). Doctor of Veterinary Medicine is required with PA licensure ability; 1-3 years experience preferred (new grads welcome); proficiency in soft tissue surgery and dentals; strong communication skills and compassion for patients and clients; equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from an accredited program
- Be licensed or able to be licensed in the state of Pennsylvania
- 1-3 years of experience is preferred, but new grads are welcome to apply
- Prior experience/knowledge of internal medicine, dermatology, cardiology, and critical care is a plus
- Proficient in soft tissue surgery and dentals required
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Demonstrated compassion for patients and clients
- Ability to collaborate and work within a team environment
