Associate Veterinarian

Job Summary
Provide high-quality veterinary care for small animal patients in a multi-doctor hospital equipped with digital radiography, ultrasound, dental radiography, and advanced anesthesia and surgical monitoring. Build and maintain client relationships, diagnose and manage a variety of small animal cases, perform general wellness exams and surgeries, and mentor support staff while promoting a positive, collaborative work environment. The role emphasizes staying current with techniques through VMG education and delivering compassionate, client-centered care. Qualifications include Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine, Texas licensure (or eligibility), and strong communication and teamwork skills; new grads welcome and relocation assistance is provided.
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from an accredited school required
- Licensed or able to become licensed in the state of Texas
- One year experience is preferred, new grads are encouraged to apply!
- Experience working in dentistry, soft tissue surgeries, and/or internal medicine cases preferred
- Experience working orthopedic surgical cases is a PLUS!
- Demonstrated commitment to providing a high level of care and service
- Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Team player with a passion for mentoring and working with others
