Job Summary
Associate Veterinarian needed at an independent Katy, TX practice. You will diagnose and manage medical conditions, educate clients, perform (or learn to perform) surgical procedures, and collaborate closely with technicians and support staff. Requirements include a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) from an accredited program and active or eligible Texas licensure. Surgery experience is preferred; interest in exotic medicine (~10% of caseload). There is future ownership/partnership opportunity for the right candidate within the next few years.
Required Qualifications
- DVM from an accredited program
- Active or eligible for licensure in the state of Texas
- Surgery experience preferred
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients and teammates
- Confident in diagnostics and general practice procedures
- Have experience with or interest in exotic medicine (about 10% of caseload)
