Job Summary
Associate Veterinarian at VCA Butte-Oroville Animal Hospital provides world-class veterinary medicine and client service in a full-time, small-animal practice. The role supports a team with experienced doctors and a dedicated support staff, utilizing advanced diagnostics and procedures (digital radiography, digital dental radiography, ultrasound, orthopedic surgeries). Candidates should be passionate about pet care, collaborative teamwork, and ongoing learning; responsibilities include delivering high-standard medical care to canine and feline patients, working with a team of doctors and RVTs, and participating in ongoing education. The position follows a Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 am–5:30 pm) with no after-hours services, in Oroville, CA.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited university or equivalent
- Licensure in good standing to practice in CA, or ability to obtain
