Job Summary
Provide high-quality medical, surgical, and dental care for canine and feline patients. Perform diagnostics, interpret results, and develop treatment plans. Communicate clearly with clients about diagnoses, prognoses, and preventive care. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient clinic operations and excellent patient outcomes. Maintain medical records and follow clinic protocols and safety standards. Mentorship and supportive team environment with experienced technicians; modern in-clinic diagnostics (digital radiography, ultrasound, in-house lab, dental equipment); flexible scheduling and work–life balance.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary degree, or equivalent, from an accredited university
- Active veterinary state license
- Current DEA License preferred but not required
- USDA Accreditation preferred but not required
Desired Qualifications
- Veterinary technician/assistant support experience is a plus
- Strong communication and client education skills
- Proficiency in clinical diagnostics and treatment planning
- Ability to perform medical, surgical, and dental care for small animals
- Team collaboration and mentorship mindset
- Commitment to continuing education
- USDA accreditation knowledge is a plus
- DEA license knowledge is a plus
- Active veterinary state license
- Doctor of Veterinary degree from an accredited university
