Associate VCOP

Execute daily project coordination and follow-up activities while maintaining project plans, trackers, and documentation. Prepare dashboards, KPIs, and management reports to ensure timely closure of action items and improve project visibility. Support continuous improvement and digital transformation projects through testing, documentation, and user coordination, facilitating communication across Engineering, Purchase, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, and Service teams. Requires manufacturing industry experience with a background in continuous improvement, industrial engineering, or project management.
