Job Summary
Conduct business valuations, intellectual property valuations, fairness opinions, and purchase price allocations by building complex financial models, including three-statement projections and sensitivity analysis. Analyze financial statements, perform industry and market research on valuation multiples, and prepare high-quality deliverables such as engagement letters and reports. Interact with clients, stakeholders, legal counsel, and financial advisors while collaborating with the engagement team to support strategic decision-making. Maintain flexibility to travel as necessary. Participate in business development initiatives and contribute to the preparation of competitive proposals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business (accounting or finance major)
- 1 - 3 years of professional services experience
- High calibre recent graduates
Desired Qualifications
- CPA designation
- Working towards a CBV designation or willingness to enrol in the program
- Previous experience building complex financial models
- Maintain flexibility to travel, as necessary
