Job Summary
Assist solutions and engineering teammates by providing design assets, prototypes, and UI documentation including icons, graphics, and layouts. Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability tests to synthesize findings into actionable insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure visual coherence and usability while participating in design reviews and workshops. Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows and drive data-informed outcomes. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, 0-2 years of experience, and familiarity with GitHub and AI-assisted design tools. Applicants must be willing to work irregular hours and adhere to security policies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- At least 0-2 years relevant work experience
- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed
- Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information
- Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
- Applicants for U.S.-based positions with WellSky must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire
Desired Qualifications
