Job Summary
Associate Underwriter role focused on analyzing and evaluating commercial insurance submissions to assess risk and profitability, collaborating with senior underwriters and management on account strategies, building relationships with producers and brokers, reviewing risks to determine coverage, rates, and premiums, and contributing to product development and innovation. Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; strong analytical and communication skills; advanced Excel capabilities (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs) and proficiency with data-driven tools; emphasis on learning, mentorship, and growth in an analytical, fast-paced environment.
