Job Summary
Underwrite and maintain an assigned Construction portfolio spanning property and casualty lines, including commercial package, automobile, contractors' equipment, builders risk, and wrap-up. Analyze risk, negotiate policy terms, and pursue rate adequacy while ensuring exposure analysis, documentation quality, and adherence to underwriting guidelines. Proactively market to brokers, prospect for account rounding, and develop a pipeline of new middle-market clients. Collaborate with other business units to leverage multi-line opportunities and deliver superior customer service. Prioritize workload effectively to meet tight deadlines and engage in continuous learning through industry events and internal expertise.

Desired Qualifications
- University degree with a focus in business, engineering or applied science
