Job Summary
Associate Experience Designer (UI/UX) to contribute to the design thinking process and create mobile, tablet and web experiences. Bridge design, business, and technology to ship world-class digital experiences for leading brands. Responsibilities include collaborating with design leads to craft interactive experiences, conducting user research and developing information architecture, user goals, journey maps, wireframes and visual interfaces, ensuring pixel-perfect execution with developers, working with strategy consultants to align with client objectives, and learning the end-to-end project delivery process and design tools.
Required Qualifications
- Strong portfolio of digital projects
- Firm grasp of design fundamentals
- Meticulous attention to typography and visual hierarchy
- Clear and effective communication skills in articulating design concepts and rationales
- Proficient in Figma and eagerness to learn new tools
- Positive attitude with a desire to grow within a collaborative, inspiring teamwork environment
