Associate TS Sales

Assist in executing and implementing complex bank transactions for targeted clients, focusing on lending and structured transactions. Prepare credit papers with historical financial analysis, financial modelling and debt scoping, review legal documents against approved term sheets, and draft/ensure incorporation of commercial terms. Build and maintain external stakeholder relationships by coordinating client meetings and capturing requirements; coordinate internal sign-offs and facilitate transaction execution. Maintain high-quality credit papers within deadlines and contribute to investment proposal analysis, modelling, and research. Pursue professional development and align with business strategy and values. Strong emphasis on financial analysis, governance, regulatory knowledge, and professional communication.
