Job Summary
Associate: TS Sales role supporting banking transactions in lending and structured finance. Responsibilities include preparing credit papers with financial analysis and modelling, reviewing legal documents against term sheets, building and maintaining external and internal stakeholder relationships, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality credit papers, and contributing to transaction execution. Requires CA(SA) or CFA qualifications, advanced degree, and 3-5 years in financial services or related sectors. Strong business writing, data analysis, governance and regulatory knowledge, and MS Office skills expected. Preference will be given to underrepresented groups.
