Job Summary
Support internal and external clients by responding to routine inquiries and assisting with account-related requests. Maintain client account information, including updates to records and statements, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Process account transactions such as cash movements and check processing while monitoring activity for overdrafts and exceptions. Assist with account openings, closings, and transfers, ensuring proper documentation and system setup. Prepare reports and coordinate documentation with internal teams, external partners, and tax preparers to support reviews and audits. Work closely with Trust Administrators and Officers to support day-to-day account management and client servicing. Perform other duties as assigned to adapt to new tasks or shifts in priorities.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated fiduciary administration or client service experience (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of trust administration, estate planning strategies, and income, gift, and estate tax concepts
- Foundational degree of proficiency in Client Service
- Foundational degree of proficiency in Administrative Support
- Foundational degree of proficiency in Fiduciary Awareness
- Foundational degree of proficiency in Attention to Detail
- Foundational degree of proficiency in Communication
