Job Summary
Responsible for providing support in coordinating and booking business travel arrangements for SMEC and SJ resources. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining office systems for the Global Travel Group, acting as a liaison between internal clients and travel vendors, advising on travel options, preparing customized itineraries, making and confirming bookings, and providing up-to-date travel regulations. Additional duties involve ongoing training and modification of bookings as necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in travel coordination
- Knowledge of Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Sabre
- Strong communication skills (phone and email)
- Ability to research travel options and regulations
- Attention to detail
- Customer service orientation
