Job Summary
Draft and analyze commercial agreements to ensure precision, accuracy, and adherence to legal standards and timelines. Review and vet contracts to identify risks, inconsistencies, and improvement areas, while providing recommendations and maintaining a comprehensive repository of documents and correspondence. Provide legal advice on transactional matters and conduct negotiations to safeguard client interests and secure favorable terms. Implement a contract management system to track lifecycles, deadlines, and milestones. Maintain an in-depth understanding of corporate laws to ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements. Stay current with industry trends and changes in laws related to transaction advisory and commercial agreements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in law
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in transaction advisory and drafting of commercial agreements
- Strong drafting, research, and verbal communication skills
- Skills in strategizing a Transaction and providing appropriate advisory
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate and error-free content
- Expertise in transactional and contractual terminology and concepts
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet deadlines
