Job Summary
Associate Training Director in Shanghai leading the design and delivery of national sales training programs. Responsibilities include designing and implementing training plans to enhance salesforce capability, delivering classroom and on-the-job coaching (orientation, product knowledge, selling and negotiation skills, client management, communication, and ethics), collecting training needs from national sales teams, budgeting with GM/BU heads, aligning with business strategy, promoting training programs nationwide, delivering courses as a certified trainer, leveraging internal and external resources, coaching distributors and Galderma sales teams, maintaining training records, and measuring training effectiveness with metrics and ROI. Requires deep knowledge of pharmaceutical/medical context, ability to work independently, strong facilitation and coaching skills, and willingness to travel nationwide.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above
- Medical/ Pharmaceutical/ Biological and related background preferred
- 8+ years in training or sales training
- 2+ years sales management in multinational companies
- 2+ years of leading a training team
- Excellent presentation and communication in Mandarin and English
- Willingness to travel nationwide
