Job Summary
Train and educate new and existing employees in technical skills and product knowledge primarily in classroom settings, including developing presentations and online content for virtual classes via web conference tools. Facilitate classroom training and deliver presentations using adult learning methods while consistently updating management on class progress. Manage travel within St. Louis, MO and out-of-state, complete expense reports, and submit rosters accurately in a timely manner. Requires a personal vehicle with good driving records, Microsoft Suite proficiency, and experience in one-on-one coaching. This role supports AAA's P&C Insurance Department, leveraging the organization's legacy of service to deliver legendary lifetime value to members.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with Insurance products or a Property & Casualty license recommended
- Presentation skills in facilitating classes and leading discussions for both small and very large groups
- Creativity to enhance classroom education and presentation materials
- Experience in one-on-one coaching and tutoring others
- Ability to assimilate new information quickly
- Initiative to enhance knowledge and skill levels
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks at hand
- Flexible when priorities and projects suddenly change
- Initiative to persevere in pursuit of critical information and in seeing projects through to completion
- Good driving records
- Microsoft Suite experience
- Intermediate PowerPoint and Word skills
- Intermediate to Advanced Outlook
- Basic Excel and Access skills
