Associate, Trade Services

Role Overview: This Associate, Trade Services role focuses on servicing primarily APAC clients in the post-execution (Operations) area, liaising with APAC institutional client base and Front Office to ensure high-quality client delivery. Key responsibilities include client onboarding and static data maintenance, timely processing and submission of trades to custodians, pre-matching with market and client counterparties, managing commissions and reconciliations across markets, trade data collection and allocation, issue resolution with internal/external teams, and generating regular trade, tax, and regulatory reports. The role supports continuous productivity improvements through procedures and system enhancements, and may involve managing CSA requests and project-related tasks (UAT, system enhancements). Essential skills include experience in post-trade and settlement, familiarity with sell-/buy-side environments, back/middle-office processing systems, strong client communication, and willingness to work on holidays and overtime when required; desirable experience with IRESS, DTCC alerts, CTM, vendor systems, and global trade knowledge. Location-based presence in Hong Kong with a focus on APAC clients; the role emphasizes client service, accuracy, and process improvement within a professional trading environment.
