Associate to U.S. Strategic Engagement Manager

Prepare draft communications, reports, presentations, and working documents for U.S.-based Strategic Engagement Managers, including internal team briefings on client backgrounds, project overviews, and disease state information. Compose weekly project updates and draft materials for kickoff meetings while managing multiple concurrent projects and varying therapy areas. Set up project files and complete assigned tasks as directed by the Vice President or SEMs. Work one day a week in Gurugram with hours from 1:00 pm to 10:00 pm. This role supports a high-performing team within Inizio Ignite's STEM organization, which partners with pharma and biotech clients to accelerate performance through data analytics and proprietary benchmarks.
