Anticipate needs before they arise by drafting communications and maintaining real-time visibility into major risks and stakeholder dynamics. Navigate from factory floors to boardrooms with discretion, engaging family members, executives, and investors to build quiet influence behind the scenes. Requires 6–10 years in high-stakes environments, strong financial fluency, and an MBA preferred. Based on-site in Miami, FL, with irregular hours and travel as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 6–10 years in high‐stakes environments: consulting, investment banking, private equity, military leadership, or entrepreneurial operating roles
- Proven track record of delivering outcomes under pressure and ambiguity
- Strong financial fluency (modeling, forecasting, P&L)
- Project management mastery across multiple concurrent initiatives
- Miami, Florida — On‐site daily
- Travel as needed
- Irregular hours when required
Desired Qualifications
- Industrial, manufacturing, logistics, or B2B exposure is a plus
- MBA preferred
