Job Summary
Conduct market and industry research to understand key business trends and develop recommendations. Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis of businesses to identify opportunities for improvement. Build financial and business models to support strategic and operational decisions. Develop reports and presentations on a variety of topics for client stakeholders. Support the design, development, testing, and implementation of new business processes while working collaboratively within project teams. This Associate to Strategy& role is based in PwC's global team of practical strategists, where you will help clients solve their toughest problems and capture their greatest opportunities through actionable solutions and measurable impact.
Required Qualifications
- Completed University degree in business field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the financial services sector (banking, insurance, asset management, fintech), management consulting or a related field
- Strong command of spoken and written Kazakh\Russian and English
- Proficient PC knowledge, Word, Excel, Power Point
- General business and financial services understanding
- Research and data analysis skills
- Strong problem-solving and problem-structuring skills
- Ability to solve problems even with minimum prior knowledge in a given area
- Strong analytical skills
- Commitment and ownership
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a multitasking, deadline-driven environment
- Willingness to undertake new and challenging tasks
