Job Summary
Conduct financial due diligence analysis for buy- and sell-side transactions by evaluating target company data, identifying key drivers behind historical performance, and assessing potential liabilities and risks impacting valuation and negotiation. Support projects within M&A advisory and valuation services while challenging assumptions about future performance and understanding cash flow cycles. Apply analytical thinking to Swedish and global client engagements across various industries. Fluency in Swedish and English is required, with a start date in August 2026 or January 2027.
Required Qualifications
- An academic background in Business, Engineering, Finance, or similar
- 0-3 years of work experience within Audit, Accounting, Business controlling or similar
- A business mindset and an analytical way of thinking
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluency in Swedish and English
