Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while accurately processing purchases, returns, and change. Support store recovery needs throughout the day and participate in shrink reduction goals. Uphold merchandising philosophy and safety awareness protocols. May be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas as needed. This entry-level role at a Fortune 100 off-price retailer offers opportunities for growth across four global home offices and retail stores. Starting pay ranges from $14.00 to $14.50 per hour.
