Job Summary
Maintain a caseload of 25 active clients, providing high-quality outpatient mental health therapy to individuals, couples, and families. Help clients set meaningful goals, track their progress, and serve as an accountability partner while completing clinical documentation in a timely and legally compliant manner. Actively participate as a positive and collaborative member of the clinical team, supported by individual and group supervision from the Clinical Director. Work hybrid one to two days a week in fully equipped office space across Torrance, Westlake Village, and Valencia.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in psychology, counseling, or a related field
- Completion of at least 1,000 post-graduate clinical hours toward licensure
- No history of receiving services from New U Therapy Center & Family Services
- No immediate family member currently receiving services from New U Therapy Center & Family Services

- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- A desire to grow within a group private practice and remain with us after licensure
