Job Summary
Provide outpatient mental health therapy to individuals, couples, and families within a well-established group private practice. Maintain a caseload of 28 active clients, track progress toward meaningful outcomes, and ensure timely, legally compliant documentation. Work within a collaborative clinical team with supervision from the Clinical Director and Supervisor. The role offers flexible scheduling with remote and in-person options and the possibility to work weekends. Hybrid setup—one to two days in-person therapy per week. Opportunities to grow clinically and professionally within the practice, including access to comprehensive administrative support, credentialing, and ongoing trainings.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in psychology, counseling, or a related field
- Completion of at least 1,000 post-graduate clinical hours toward licensure
- Ability to provide outpatient mental health therapy to individuals, couples, and families
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Desire to grow within a group private practice and remain with us after licensure
