Job Summary
Join Rula as an Associate Therapist in a virtual telehealth capacity within Colorado. You’ll be part of a large licensed clinician network, operating as a 1099 contractor with schedule autonomy and no minimum caseload. The organization handles insurance enrollment, billing, claims, and EHR support, while you focus on delivering high-quality client care. Responsibilities include conducting therapy with individuals, couples, and families via telehealth, leveraging credentialing support to get credentialed quickly, and coordinating with a dedicated administrative team. You’ll decide how many clients to see and when, with compensation set at $70 per hourly session (53 minutes), paid biweekly. Must hold an LMFT, LCSW, or LPC license, possess a valid NPI, and be licensed to practice in Colorado. Telehealth capability and remote work are enabled.
Required Qualifications
- Must be licensed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
- Valid NPI
- Must be licensed in Colorado
- Must be able to provide telehealth
