Associate Therapist, Mental Health - Virtual: Join Rula as a 1099 contractor licensed LMFT/LCSW/LPC in Colorado to provide telehealth therapy with private-practice autonomy. You set your schedule, credentialing support is provided, billing/claims and EHR are handled by the company, and therapists receive referrals and dedicated clinical development resources. The role emphasizes delivering quality client care with flexible availability and autonomous caseload management across individuals, couples, and families. Compensation is $70 per hourly session with guaranteed biweekly direct deposit, and you’ll work within a network of licensed providers focused on telehealth delivery, private practice liaisons, and administrative support to maximize client impact.
